REGISTRATION:
- Artist’s Agreement – register online now!
- Entry fee – we suggest using PayPal (link provided after submitting agreement form online to ensure your participation in the 711 Theatre Project) or mail a check or drop-off check/cash.
- Leap Year (save $45 - pay by February 29, 2012) $75
- Early Bird (save $30 – pay March 1, 2012 through April 15, 2012) $90
- Regular (pay April 16, 2012 through May 25, 2012) $120
**REMEMBER: performance slots are given first-come, first-serve and is based upon when we receive your entry fee.
EVERY PERFORMING TROUPE:
Due prior to use of Theatre for any rehearsals (tech or dress):
- Release of Liability Form (PDF): A limited liability form that protects you and 711 Theatre Project. All cast and crew must sign.
- Performance Release Form (PDF): This form is used for the cast, crew, music involved in your performance. All cast and crew must sign.
Due by (date/time TBA):
- A SHORT 4 sentence blurb about your troupe (give us interesting – not boring)
- One copy emailed in pdf format of your 11-minute script (see Format Yer Script for information)
- Statement of Certification (PDF): The Producer must fill out this form to certify that all creative work took place during the competition period.
- Troupe Cast & Crew List (PDF): Tells us who does what in your performance troupe and gives us their email addresses.
